1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each product page states its MOQ clearly. Stock items start from as low as MOQ 3–100 per style depending on the category. The overall order value must reach USD $100 to ship.
Mixing styles is allowed — you can combine lashes, nails, contacts and accessories in one order to reach the minimum.
2. Lead Time
Ready-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom / OEM orders run 15–25 working days after sample approval, subject to the production calendar.
Large-volume orders may need a confirmed production slot; your account manager will lock the slot in writing.
3. Stock Confirmation
Stock levels change daily. Confirm availability with your account manager before payment. Once payment is confirmed, the ordered quantity is reserved for your shipment.
