1. Who Can Order Samples

Sample orders are open to registered businesses — resellers, salon owners, brand owners and sourcing agents. A business email or WhatsApp contact is required for verification.

2. Sample Fees & Freight

Sample fees and international freight are charged to the buyer. The sample fee is partially deductible from your first bulk order once it reaches the agreed amount.

Standard sample preparation takes 5–7 working days after confirmation.

3. What Samples Are For

Samples are for quality evaluation and product photography only — they are not for commercial resale. Bulk goods follow the same production line and quality standard as the sample you approve.
